HP Probook 440 G8 sports a compact, light, slim chassis with aluminum components making it easy to carry from place to place. This ultra-portable laptop is the ideal laptop for working on the move with its aluminum chassis making it tough, durable yet portable.

Furthermore, the Probook 440 G8 measures 32.19 x 21.39 x 1.99 cm in dimension and weighs 1.38 kg.

The lid has a sleek finishing with polished HP logo on the back and when opened there are thin bezels around the screen, thus, measuring 89-percent screen-to-body ratio. Although, the bottom bezel is slightly thicker than the sides and top bezel which host the 720p webcam.

Located at the lower left and top right corners of the keyboard sit s the Page Up and Page Down, and the Control and Delete keys. It also has a NumberPad section at the left.

Below the keyboard also is a super responsive and accurate smooth, plastic trackpad for control. The base chassis also host a dual speaker, multiple port and other important components.

For connectivity, the HP Probook 440 G8 comes with one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one HDMI 1.4b port, a AC Power input port, one MicroSD slot, a Nano security lock slot and a Headphone/microphone combo jack.

Display

The HP Probook 440 G8 features a 14-inch FHD display with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The screen is built on an IPS panel which comes with a wide-view technology to ensure that colors and contrast remain vivid and bold, even when viewed at sharp angles.

Furthermore, the display offers a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels thus, offering a sharper, smoother, and better viewing experience. It also offer up to 250 nits of brightness and 45% NTSC, thus, offering vibrant colors, and brightness to make up for an excellent display for gamer, and other users.

This  also comes with model that offers  up to 1000nit of brightness and 100% of NTSC. The model features HP SureView Gen 3 Reflect which provides an extremely effective privacy experience.

Above all, the HP Probook 440 G8 display options features wide viewing angles, and 16:9 screen aspect ratio, thus resulting into a bigger view of picture.

Furthermore, for better user’s experience, these Probook 440 G8 comes with Up to 16GB of RAM with up to 512 GB SSD card storage.

Battery

HP Probook 440 G8 is powered by HP Long Life 3-cell 45 Wh Li-ion battery. The laptops support HP Fast Charge and can recharge up to 50 percent battery in thirty minutes, thanks to the HP Smart 65 W EM External AC power adapter or an option of HP Smart 45 W AC power adapter depending on your laptop configuration.
